Our story
Through collaborations that extend back decades, across multiple projects and continents, our senior management have established Flux Automation in a desire to improve work life balance for customers, our employees and ourselves. We do all we can to provide a supporting and creatively challenging environment for our employees whilst delivering solutions that your employees will appreciate.
Our careers started in the early 90s era of huge international ERP IT deployments working as functional consultants, test consultants, performance test consultants, release managers, project managers and program managers.
Through the years our responsibilities have extended to include growing families and increasing multi nationalism and travel. We have delivered IT projects to and on behalf of companies who were good at what they did, and then also some who struggled. People were always at the heart of success.
