Stephanie consults directly to our customers and is also responsible for delivery excellence at Flux. She ensures that we work together, identifying and supporting our consultants and guiding our customers to best achieve their QA needs.
Her remit includes Flux’s internal standards and continuous improvements initiatives, leveraging her extensive knowledge and professionalism for the benefit of us all.
Stephanie is a native English speaker born in Switzerland with fluent French, living in the Swiss Romande

Norbert is a highly accomplished senior IT leader in the consumer products market.
Prior to leading establishing his own consultancy, Pinke Consult, and taking the leadership role at Flux, Norbert spent more than twenty years in executive IT roles at Nestle head office, driving substantial IT change programs across the business, including the first global Shared Service IT Infrastructure and Operations Unit, the hybrid cloud rollout and most recently Workforce 360, an ambitious, user-centric transformation program aimed at creating the ultimate user experience for the Nestle workforce.
Throughout his career, Norbert has received many honours and awards for his leadership and transformation skills in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the world, practices and standards of IT.
Nobert is a native German speaker from Germany living in the Swiss Romande.
